What types of photography do you offer?
We specialise in corporate photography — including professional headshots, personal branding, corporate events, team portraits, office lifestyle, and product photography.
Where are you based, and do you travel?
DWE Photography is based near Watford, Hertfordshire and will travel within a 15 mile radius (Travel fees may apply for locations outside the local area). Having worked in Central London for 20 years, we can suggest lots of stunning locations for outdoor shoots.
How do I book a session?

Corporate & Business Sessions
Can you photograph our team on-site at our office?
Yes. We offer on-location photography with mobile studio options or work with your existing environment to create cohesive, professional imagery.
Do you offer custom packages for companies or large teams?
Absolutely. We provide tailored packages based on your team size, scheduling needs, and brand objectives. Just contact us for a personalised quote.
Will we have full usage rights for the photos?
Yes. All images include a commercial usage license — ideal for websites, social media, LinkedIn, marketing materials, and press releases.

Before the Session
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability — especially for events or large-scale team shoots.
What should I wear for my headshot or branding session?
Solid colors work best — choose professional clothing that aligns with your brand. We’ll send a prep guide after booking to help you feel confident and camera-ready.
Do you provide posing or creative direction?
Yes. Whether you're camera-shy or a natural, we guide you every step of the way so you feel relaxed and look your best.
After the Shoot
When will we receive the final images?
Edited images are typically delivered within 5–7 business days via a private online gallery. Rush delivery is available upon request.
Will the images be high-resolution?
Yes. You’ll receive both high-resolution files for print and web-optimized versions for digital use.
Do you include retouching?
Yes. Natural retouching is included in all headshots and portraits. Additional advanced editing is available upon request.
Pricing & Payment
What are your rates?
Pricing varies based on session type, number of individuals, and location. Please contact us with your requirements and we’ll provide a customised quote.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, and digital payments such as PayPal.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on or before the shoot date.
Rescheduling & Policies
What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
We get it — things happen. You may reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a rebooking fee.
What happens in case of weather or emergencies?
We’ll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost if your session is affected by weather or unexpected circumstances.
